Social Identity management solution provider, Cliqset is in news as it launches the beta 2 of its platform along with the news of a healthy $1.5 million for its angel funding. The funding was provided by a single investor. Cliqset will release the new version with its Location Services API that would allow developers to utilize user location to help create web applications which can easily be taken from the users GPS based devices. The API would be integrated with various third party applications which include Twitter and Yahoo‘s Fire Eagle, enabling users to easily sync their locations on the Web.
