We have been following ClickTale on all its development since it began, the service tracks users activity on a site and lets owners know how visitors interact with the it. The service has been doing great business in tough economic times and has launched its Email tracking feature. This uses tags associated with links in an email and transforms users interaction into a video and data on all that. Interesting as always, I would love to see what link is it that each user hits in the countless I send.
