While moving Chrome out of Beta, Google has also changed the End User License Agreement of Chrome, without much hoopla. And there is a good reason to be secretive about it. Prior to the changes users had the choice to get out of their side of the bargain by closing their Google account and sending Google a letter to terminate the relationship – after which your data stored by Google would be destroyed. This option is now gone, you can no longer terminate your relationship with Google even if you wanted to for any reason.
