The low cost (around $200) Chinese Blue-ray players got a shake as Sony and Samsung reduced their players prices for about the same. Sony is selling its Blu-ray player BDP-S350 for $250 and less, while other popular name brands were available for about $200 after Black Friday. So what is the real issue behind this price dip? Sony’s Stan Glasgow states that theirs’ would not go below $299 and yet… Is Blu-ray failing? Could be one of the reasons.
