MetaWeather collects data from various sources and predicts the most likely outcome. According to them the combined knowledge of forecasters helps them produce better results.
The beta version allows you to embed this service in your own website, add feeds and use graphs to display data. Due to its initial phase they are providing forecast of limited areas. The forecast which appears is of next three days.
Currently they are relying on two sources i.e. Weather.com and BBC. There are certain aspects of the website which lack user interaction and usability but they’ve written a we’re sorry message which explains that. Right now they are working on these aspects in order to make it more user friendly. Soon we will be able to see more locations which will certainly going to increase their traffic.
