ChaCha an online answer service powered by humans is ready to raise to add weight to its treasury as it plans tries to raise another $30 million in series C. The service had last month partnered with AT&T and has already ready secured $11 million of the proposed funding. It is yet to be seen if there is any addition to its shareholders and upon securing this amount, ChaCha would take its overall funding to $46 million if it successfully raises the amount.
