CA Inc., the IT management software company has announced that the company has signed a definite agreement according to which it will acquire Orchestria Corporation. The later is a New York based leading data loss prevention technology provider company and has raised around $50 million in VC funding since 2002. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to the CA Security Management’s Corporate senior vice president and general manager, Dave Hansen:
