Black Friday specially during the current economic crisis comes out as a relief for customers but not for the online buyers, as a number of big sites experienced service outage or slowdowns. Sears.com saw service outage for two hours due to the rush on their one day sale. Amazon user’s average time on the site was 25 seconds a week back but now it has increased to 40 seconds on Friday. Users on Amazon also experienced some slow service due to the increased average time.
