BigTent made available its networking services to general public recently, marking the occasion with a fresh design. The networking and group management service, based in San Francisco, and called a connector for real-world communities has developed into a parent and club-based service. It is providing tools for PTA and the likes of preschool collectives. BigTent aims to cut time that’s typically wasted by being busy in administrations, so organizations can concentrate on working efficiently together – in person and in remote settings. BigTent has stuff like newsletters, calendars, review and recommendation components, classification leaders, groups, and sub-groups, etc. This gives it the whole community-networking look, but wait, here’s the catch: it’s all for free (supported by ads). BigTent’s competitors: Ning and Amazee.
