Best Buy gets a proprietary "in" to the largest set top manufacturer and TiVo gets some support from the largest CE retailer. What's wrong with this picture? I don't see the TiVo benefit as large enough to forclose TiVo's other marketing opportunities. Wouldn't be surprised if Justice was interested. Just another marketing deal.
