The Poland based startup has constructed a social mapping service that is going to revolutionize the mobile usage in terms of staying in touch with your buddies. The startup is using location based technologies, the one which notifies you when your contact is near. The service lets you send text to those friends and automatically updates the address book.

It also allows you to share activities with your friend. The service is available in some of the handsets but soon it will be available in major ones. Also it is available in most parts of the world. Following is the list of handsets, tested by belysio:

Other than these, there are a variety of handsets which were not tested but users are encouraged to use them. These phones are from various carriers including HTC, LG, Motorola, Nokia, Sagem, Samsung, Siemens and Sony Ericsson. Currently the languages supported are Polish, German and English.

Whenever locating a cell phone, the application uses the Cell ID. Other than that, it also locates using Cell Broadcast, GPS. You can also use the location by manual entry. Rest of the services include instant message, SMS, application customization, search (including places, news, weather, etc.) and e-mail support.

To use the service, you just have to go through a simple process of registration. Once you login to the system, you will be able to see some options including ‘Geojournal’ which lets you create photo diaries. You can manage your networks as well. The service is totally free, so you don’t have to worry about paying anything.

Over all the service seems quite good. What else they can do is that they can add support to more cell phones, add networks where users can socialize with each other, add mobile game support to attract users and induct other options which will make this application more interesting.
