Amsterdam based AVG Technologies, the antivirus provider has announced today that the company is acquiring Sana Security which is an identity theft prevention software. The headquarter of the Redwood City, California, based Sana Technologies will be the first office of the antivirus provider in Silicon Valley. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
