The telephone automation application company Ifbyphone, has come up with a totally new and amazing voice broadcast service guarantee. The new guarantee will either let customers’ voice broadcast calls to be delivered on time or else they will be free. Sony’s online games division, Sony Online Entertainment, has acquired the online strategy game Pox Nora from Octopi, the Tucson, Arizona based online and downloadable games developer. Also the Octopi’s team will assist in the development of the game studio. Though the game (Pox Nora) is free to play, it can be expanded for some amount.

Search engine giant Google is experimenting on a new feature called Preferred Sites. The new feature will let the search engine to display results either from the search history or from the user preferred sites. Users can select their preferred pages from the Google preference page.

West Hollywood, California based genealogy and social networking site Geni, has raised an amount of $5 million in the third round of funding. The round was participated by returning backers including Charles River Ventures and Founders Fund. The company has earlier raised $10 million in the second round. With this round of funding the total amount raised by the company has reached $16.5 million.
Mark Reynoso, the president of Belkin has written an apology letter over the alleged offer of a glowing review of company’s products by a representative. Michael Bayard, a representative of Belkin Business Development appeared to be attracting people from Mechanical Turk to review Belkin’s products on Amazon.
