MYOB, an Australian financial software and service company, has got a takeover offer of 487.2 million AUD ($329M U.S.) from private equity group Archer Capital. Earlier this year, the group’s offer of $1.90 AUD per share was rejected, now the group is offering $1.15 AUD per share. MYOB’s shareholders have given their support for the takeover, but the final decision is yet to be made by the company’s board. The company is spread to seven countries.
