Online billing and subscription management service Aria Systems has raised $10 million in its second round. The company is first of its kind to introduce such services online earlier this year, although it had been in business since 2003. Based on the SaaS, the service has helped many a billing companies to cut down on costs incurred in running billing services manually and has raised $14 million so far. CEO Aria Systems, Ed Sullivan added:
