MySpace will be making an addition to its app platform, enabling developers to send notifications via their apps. This comes in response from developers who had pressed for this feature and will only let developers send notifications to each other. While this sounds a pretty minute addition, something that should have come much earlier, MySpace has taken the time to remove spam coming from malicious apps. The notifications will prove helpful as users can continue using other apps simultaneously and get notifications about new activity at another one.
