Apple has at last come out with invites for the much anticipated release of its new MacBook and its mystery product codenamed the Brick. The invite is pretty simple and reads: the spotlight turns to notebooks showing a shadowed metallic notebook.
So is this the same one that uses state of the art laser and water jets for its design? Apple’s entirely new method to carve out notebooks out of a brick of aluminium and its plans at taking production process under itself instead of leaving it upon manufacturers in China or Taiwan.
Images of the new Apple MacBook Brick had been revealed earlier and many a folks believe them to be the real thing. However what’s more important is that Apple is said to be bringing out the new MacBooks with a price tag of $799; a rumor I am not going to buy. Given Apple’s stock rolling head over heels down pricing of its stock, one still wonders if shareholders have supported the idea of a new manufacturing plant. Well we’ll have to wait and see until 14’th of this month for Steve Job to come out with something worth all the hype (though Apple had not planned or supported all this).
