If you think that the iPhone 3G was the last of iPhone to come, think again as reports point on further development on the device. MacRumors caught eye on a code that talks of an iPhone 2.1 model. This is pretty possible as the initial iPhone model had the 1.1 label while the 3G was labeled 1.2. More importantly the iPod that has already seen transformation carries the same label as talked of in the firmware. So what exactly is the new iPhone going to be? I guess the modifications will be more internal than altering its dimensions. Let’s wait and see.
