The Android team has announced the release of an open source photo application-Photostream. Its basically a simble photo browser and viewer for Flickr. The only thing that you need to provide is a flickr username and password and viola.

Of course they have also provided with a default sign up to just try the app in case you don’t have a Flickr account. The application is created to demonstrate some of the basic feature set of Android and to show that well you could do pretty much anything on Android that you can do on an iPhone.
