Plurk, a micromessaging service that shows messages in a timeline has met a sad fate in China as the service has been banned in China. While there appears to be no obvious reason why the site has been blocked so far. I have been using Plurk for almost a year now and I haven’t witnessed anything that would have the service being blocked. But I guess this is just a part of the many bans that China has been putting on quite a few websites/services.
