We have been gathering hints ever since news about Apple’s Mystery product were first rolled and there had been plenty of guesses. From Mac Mini to the release of Apple TV, there were far too may guesses given the riddle being associated to Apple and just when one thought they’ll end we learn of another that talks about ‘Brick’. The product is said to be heading towards completion and it is not a new product rather a new method of manufacturing new products; a.k.a notebooks.
What it means is plain; Apple is trying to grab everything that’s related to MacBook, from concept and design to its manufacturing. We all know that all its production line is based in Taiwan or China and it’s also in clouds whether the new plant is set to operate in the USA or simply located in the two countries mentioned previously.
The Brick is a method of designing and building a MacBook from a mere brick of aluminum using some hi fi laser and jet of water system. Sounds very interesting and not to forget futuristic!
Why do we believe in this rumor? Well 9 to 5 Mac reports its source for the news to speak of a new product that is totally revolutionary, a game changer. One of the Biggest Apple innovations in a decade.
There is a possibility of Apple loading off the redesigned MacBooks anytime within a couple of weeks but what we see here is a rapid production of notebooks in the Brick assembly line given lasers and jets of water doing the work instead of heavy, noisy, stiff machines in the present manufacturing plants. This may very well bring down the cost of the prized MacBooks and eventually make them affordable for all, yes cheaper than Dell!
