On the about page of the Statsaholic website, Hornbaker says he changed the name on March 18, 2007, which was only 8 days before the lawsuit was filed. I don’t know anything about this, and from your reporting it does sound like they are being harsh, but I just wanted to submit that correction.

There is no API for the graph and Alexaholic was and still is hotlinking to the graphs.
