Well if you thought Apple’s iPod is the only hot item seeing shortage, you have got another to add to the list. Amazon’s Kindle has vanished from the stores and reports state it wont be available before February next year. The Kindle has been popular and I guess Amazon knew the product will meet shortage, the problem is why it didn’t stock extra units? I mean wasn’t a year enough to know the popularity of the product and realize there isn’t a risk involved with excess units? Kindle lovers, you are out of luck and will have to wait till February to get one.

You too can have a bright shiny Kindle under the tree this year, and without having to pay the exorbitant prices on eBay.
