Adobe has relaunched its AIR applications’ directory naming it the Marketplace, after recently passing the 100 million download mark. AIR provides the desktop integrated runtime environment for the countless Internet applications (like Twhirl). Apart form changing the name, Adobe has also enabled users to search for apps by developers or names. Plus developers will be able to keep track on the number of downloads and reviews they get for each app. The update makes the whole thing even neater and definitely a much needed one, given that the number of app would eventually increase and creating an organized directory would only help its users more.
