acquisition thumb AdLink Media finally goes to Hi media

AdLink Group, the online marketing and ad network has at last sold off AdLink Media, its ad unit.The acquisition was made by French online media group, Hi-Media. The acquisition included AdLink Media only and all other branches of the AdLink Group remain under the same ownership. AdLink itself is valued at 29 Million Euros and upon the transaction, AdLink Media will have 11% stake in Hi-Media. Hi-Media itself is quite an expanded network and operates its own online ad network and a couple of micropayment sites, Allopass and Hi-Pay and had already made a major acquisition by buying Fotolog, one of the major photo sharing sites.
