Lookery’s ad network was acquired by Adknowledge – the company announced today. The acquisition amount was kept under covers, though the data network of Lookery will remain with them. Adknowledge, a Kansas City-based provider of behavioral online ad solutions, also acquired Adonomics recently, increasing its advertiser base, and suite of publisher tools.
Dwayne Lafleur, G.M. of Social Advertising at Adknowledge states:
“We thought it made sense to own those relationships so that we can better serve publishers and better utilize our technology to improve their earnings.”
