Mozilla has recently introduced an add-on to its Firefox browser, change your browsing experience completely. The FoxTab, is sort of like inspired by Mac OS X’s Expose, Windows Vista’s Flip 3D, and the thumbnail view in Google Chrome. It’s goal is to provide maximum tab management to the user, when they’ve got a lot of tabs open. FoxTab allows you to quickly jump to the pages you want by bringing all the tabs (by pressing a keyboard shortcut or a small button) into a queue. Once the tabs are in front of you, you can easily select the one you want to see by clicking it, or simply scrolling.
FoxTab offers five different styles to view the (queue of) tabs, offering users with different ways to view the thumbnail versions of the tabs. Windows Vista users are more likely to choose the stack view, as it resembles or rather is identical to Vista’s Flip 3D. Though whichever style you choose, it’s a pretty quick access solution for whoever needs to work a little faster.
