Google has recently launched a Google Docs gadget. The gadget will give users direct access to their Google Docs documents, straight from Gmail inbox. The gadget will by default show the most recently accessed documents but you can change to the ones owned by you. Also you can search for any document using the search box which appears in the gadget. When writing an email, you can drag and drop a document from the gadget. To turn on the service you can go to the Settings of your your Gmail account and select Labs, from where you can enable the Google Docs Gadget.
