According to this if Google fails to come up to the terms in the SLA, the customers will be eligible to receive credits for service. This would entitle customers to service from Google in case of failures. The idea is to extend guarantees to the valued customers, based on Google maintaining a high quality for its services when it comes to crashes and downtime.

These include salaries for employees along with other expenses. However with its new design not really getting that much of a flare and ad publishers in no mood to take risks, Facebook is bound to have some tough time.

The result may not be directly booting employees to reduce costs (and I am being very optimistic here) but it will definitely freeze any sort of hiring. Apart from that there can be stricter rules to follow and a slight error may very well have an employee shown the door.

myoblogo Australian financial software company gets $487.2M AUD takeover offerMYOB, an Australian financial software and service company, has got a takeover offer of 487.2 million AUD ($329M U.S.) from private equity group Archer Capital. Earlier this year, the group’s offer of $1.90 AUD per share was rejected, now the group is offering $1.15 AUD per share. MYOB’s shareholders have given their support for the takeover, but the final decision is yet to be made by the company’s board. The company is spread to seven countries.
