These are the things which Google already knew. In order to give users proper credit of their photos, Picasa Web Albums now allows an option of ‘Creative Commons Licensing’. The license is provided by the company called Creative Commons which is a non-profit group associated with Google.

The stats shows an abrupt growth both in frequency of use and popularity of mobile Search in the past year.

According to a report, in the month of June 2008, 20.8 million U.S mobile subscribers accessed the search that leads to an increase of 68% in the mobile search activity as compared to last year (June 2007) with the 9.2 percent of the mobile subscribers penetration. While the European’s 4.5 million mobile subscribers accessed the search that contributes to 38 percent increase in the mobile search. The highest penetration of mobile subscription is from UK i-e 9.5 percent.

Being the pioneer of digital music, Napster has recently launched one of the world’s largest MP3 stores with a positive fiscal year closing with a revenue of $127.5 million.

The two companies are merging together under a definite agreement according to which Best Buy will pay Napster $2.65 per share in cash that makes the aggregate cost of $121 million. The deal will be a boon to Napster’s shareholders as they will be paid twice Fridays’s closing price by the company.

Google currently plans at expanding its domination from land and air to the frontiers of sea with their own computer navy.
