mPortico, an Israel mobile startup raises $2.3 Million in its funding round from MILK CAPITAL, a new Venture Capital & Private Equity firm based in Paris.

It works without working for promotional deals with mobile carriers while it acquire its market’s popularity through carriers who earn their share of revenue by advertising mPortico’s products.
