It is always good to know how many people are interested in your site and a tool to assist you on this is always handy. FeedCompare gives the website owners to keep a watch on the feed subscribers and to compare their RSS feed subscriber count with up to a four similar sites.
FeedCompare takes these stats from the FeedBurner running on your website and all you have to do is type in the FeedBurner Feed name or URL and simply press “Compare”. In turn the FeedCompare generates a line graph in a range of 1 to 24 months. These can be shared and the precise numbers known by pointing the mouse over any section.
Not something great but it does give you a quick look at the position you share with major competitors in terms of feed.
The number of sites that can be compared is limited and hopes are that they increase the number in due time.
