Grouptivity, lets you view, share and discuss web content (text, photos, audio and video) with your friends and colleagues.

All you need to do is install their toolbar, after which you could share any page, photo, audio and video with your friends by sending them an email containing the content. Grouptivity automatically fetches the photos or videos from the page, hustle free. Group responses are bundled together just like in Gmail.

Think of it to be Stumbleupon for mailing groups. Clipmarks is a similar service, but i found Grouptivity to be far more usable. Grouptivity has major enhancements up their sleeve so stay tuned.
