12seconds.tv, the micro-video startup that allowed users to make videos of 12 seconds or less, has launched its iPhone app and has left the invite only alpha to become a public beta service.
In order to over come the API restrictions in iPhone 12seconds.tv has come up with a solution of their own. They allow users to take three photos and than have them record a 12 seconds audio that would be overlayed on top of the three photos to create a slideshow based video. The other bit odd thing about the iPhone app is that its not free and will cost you 99 pence.
